Implemented Show Reports Made in CP/Profile

Would probably be only added into UserCP.
Can users see others' reports? Not sure but I don't think so.

True maybe it was overlooked. But still would be nice to see how many others have reported, it not just our own statistics on how much we reported.

Well you can already see your reports and if something was done about them, but im asking for a number such as

"Reports Made: 69
Successful Reports: 33"

Can't really classify them like that. Staff only have a "read" option.

But surely if we have it on the mobile theme that says how many reports we made, it should also be on desktop one owo
