Implemented [Suggestion] Rate leaks/ Resources notifications

#1 can we recieve a notification if if someone rated our resources/ leaks as not working/ working so at less we can update'em in case they are not? at that point we can even help/ or give the credits back to the users who unlocked our shit.

Dis. I agree. Giving options to the user instead of just forcing it is very suitable, though this depends on the function we're talking about. This case seems to fit in as an option and not something that is being forced in. Few forums has this function as far as i know.
