Implemented ability to tag all group members

Make it possible for group owners/leaders to be able to alert all group members with something like @Vixen for example, this would be very useful to alert all group members to important threads made by the owners/leaders like check-ins and big announcements that members would miss most of the time. (like myself).

I support. Definitely need this for when we post stuff, tagging on Discord almost never fukken works.

Can't you just use @here in the respective group discord channel?

Some people might not be in the discord for the group as well as maybe not always looking at discord or having it open.

I think this would be useful, really depends on how hard it is to implement. Otherwise I support this idea.

This would be useful for group owners and leaders. More tools like this should be added.
