I can confirm there is a refunding method on google play store, however your account maybe gets temporarily closed for payment if you do it often. Hope this help.

Yeah as smart said, I wouldn't recommend refunding stuff often.

Could possibly work once, maybe even twice, but aren`t they gonna realize what you are doing and close your account. My friend once did it with 200$ and it worked, but he never did it agian and i am pretty sure if he did it more times he would just get banned from the store.

It works more than once but I wouldn't recommend for people to do orders more than 150 just to be good.
