In need of a chill open-world game.

I want to see this update. I can't install any version... I tried 20 times.

If you're into sandbox survival games, Conan Exiles is a lot of fun. Lot of good lore-relevant stuff in it, great building and exploration, great combat, etc.

Witcher 3, the best open world game without bugs and very chilled

Any of the FF series are awesome.

I would say No Man's Sky, but I don't really enjoyed it too much. I think what you are looking for is Firewatch. Easy, chilled, let's you explore but guides you at the same time and very modern.

Guild Wars 2 is defninitly a game what u want, u can chill but also tryhard on pve raids, pvp, and wvw.

if you've got a switch, breath of the wild is a (mostly) chill game, the open world element is really great and the soundtrack combined w the visuals make for a really enjoyable playing experience.

Words chill and open-world suggests me one name: Witcher.
