If you're at all interested in Open WorldSurvival games Scum and 7 Days to Die are pretty good. Especially with friends ofc.

Try DayZ, not sure if you know but they recently overhauled the entire game and released 1.0. Its really good now.

The Legend of Zelda games are great if you're looking for open-world games that let you explore around. Breath of The Wild if you're looking for something recent :D

If you don't mind MMOs, maybe check out Black Desert.
Open World and really chill if you focus on Lifeskills instead of typical PvP gameplay
