Insta Hype -who knows these guys? (Tag and get 500 likes on comment)

Hey guys, full Instagram is hyped with these Indonesian owners of some Instagram accounts.
When you tag them in comments on a Public account, your comment will get about 500-1000 likes.
Sounds like his bots will like your comment. Their accounts have each like ~50k follower and nothing special on their profile.
But all I know its a promo for Indonesian Internet Marketing. But how are they doing that?

Check these out @h*qnii (First letter in Alphabet) and @yogi.mp* (what comes after mp3?) @b*tiqbal (Second Letter of Robot) @b*tigani (same here) etc.



There are also Accounts with 11 Posts, but you can just see 2 pictures ( no there are not white pictures uploaded,just 1 video) @longest_video_rec*rd
and this video has 5 minutes and there is nothing linked to InstagramTV where you can upload to 10 minutes. It's just in his profile.
He also locked the viewer count, it's stuck at 3,232,223 Views
Anyone knows howw???
