Intel i3-7100 or Ryzen 3 1300X?

I will buy a new CPU and motherboard, these 2 CPU's are very powerful but which is the best? Please don't be a fanboy.

I'm learningAndroid development (with Android Studio) so very important this for me.

i would go with the amd cpu, in my opinion it has more profit

I will go for RYZEN 3 1300X, it's fast, cheap and it's profitable.

I was watching videos of comparisons between these 2 processors and I prefer the I3-7100
