An international sub-forum where people can discuss topics in their own language.

You could put it in Other Discussions forums as a sub-forum maybe? Would be nice & bring a little culture variations.

No this is an english speaking forum, thats really pointless as only a select few people can read and post.

I mean, the threads would be for these selected few people, that's why it would be a sub-forum so people can choose the threads in their language & find other friends in the same country, in that way you'd find people equal to you more easily.

More like serious topics in their own languages like politics, general stuff regarding the country etc.

Well, it's just more interesting and more fun to discuss the topics in your own language.

I actually think that this is a good idea. I see a ton of other people here who speak Arabic, Spanish, German, and other languages and clearly some people would like to speak in that language. I just think that it would be more welcoming for other members and could be a method for some members to meet others and get to know them better. Just one section under General Discussions with subcategories would work perfectly.

Personally don't see a point in this. It can be done in English without problems and without having to make a section which will probably end up pretty inactive.
