Does anyone have any advice or any software or files to help me unlock an icloud locked iphone 4

You can try, flashing custom firmware, form some Flasher for iphone, idk if you need access to icloud

nearly impossible to unlock icloud locked iphones.

Or wait the whited00r to create a custome firmware for lower device.

The money required to get the tools to unlock on a device with icloud lock really isnt worth it. You might aswell buy another one the isnt locked on ebay
