#1 AS much as I love the game and regularly come back to it every year os so, why do I feel that the new updates are weird and irrelevant to the game? it just keeps me pushing to modded MC rather than OG.

want a new tree type? we gotta run it by 16 ppl to confirm, not to mention focus test to see if its more popular than this new metal type etc etc
notch may have beliefs that suck but he at least could slap together massive updates in months
the passion is not in the hands of those in charge anymore, straight up
