Is 30FPS Enough

60 is the minimum. less than that is not ok. some people pref 120 or 144 but for casual 60 is minimum. you can play in 30 but its choppy and its bad in general.

I have heard great things about 144fps but never tried it myself. Currently I game on 60fps. I don't remember the last time I played with 30fps so I couldn't comment on if it is truly enough or not. Sorry.

Nowadays I can't even play less than 120~144fps. It's a curse to play with high fps.

If you want to play singleplayer and not the hardcore gamer games yes it is.

Anything under the refresh rate of your PC will cause sever frame stutter (unless you have V-Sync on - but never use V-Sync as it sucks ass due to input lag).

I find 30 unplayable and 60 is kinda hard to play at for long times. 100 to 144 is just best for me, anything less I really can't enjoy it anymore.

30 fps would be fine for single player game. I don't think I can stand 30 fps if I am playing a mmorpg game.
