For a good gaming experience obviously 60, running at 30 causes headache

It's enough for noobs.. Just kidding, it's really depending on ur personal experience I guess.

30fps when nothing happens or when a lot happens? Really depending!

sometimes yeah it's enough if you are not playing intensive fps games that require precise mouse movement

It really depends on the game / if you are talking about PC / PS4 / Xbox or any other console. When it comes to PCs Im pretty sure that 30 FPS is not enough at all.

30FPS is definitely not enough. Lower the framerate, the slower you can see your enemies, the slower is the response time, etc. I'm running on Intel UHD 630 graphics right now because my 1060 diedso I'm currently gaming on 20 fps or so. IT SUCKS!
