Is 30FPS Enough

it depends, for First Person Shooter Games? Hell no, but for racing and for games other than FPS? why not

I think it really depends on the screen you play on. While playing 30FPS on a 30hz screen is ok, I think 30FPS on a 60Hz screen gives me headaches

30 FPS, depending on Genre is okay. RPGs, Racing, Sports..I don't mind it. However, for FPS games, no. I play all my FPS games at 144FPS a.k.a 144Hz. Well, the monitor is set to that so every game I play is.

Definitely not because everything splits and cuts. If you have 60hz it doesnt work

It depends on type of game that you want to play. It depends more on GAME that you want to play.
I have 144hz monitor, and decent pc (i5-7600 + gtx 1060 3gb) and not many new games can give me effect of enjoying full 144hz because of low-mid range specs.
Playing on 30 fps is not that bad, most popular conoles from date xxxx to 2015 were limited to 30fps. And people were fine about that!
I really recommend playing on 60 fps, because of smoothness effect, that it's giving, you really think then, that you're in the game.

100%, Yes. I used to play Arma 3 on my laptop with 15FPS when I didnt have any money to buy a good PC. If I can play on 15FPS, you can play on 30FPS. Now that I have a good PC I've upped my standards to at least 80FPS (exception to games that are capped at 60FPS.)

It really depends on the game. Like you can easily play 2D RPG games at 30 fps without any bad experience, but when it comes to a competitive FPS game, for some people even 60 fps is not enough.

Its enough if youve rarely experienced anything higher because going backwards is definitely a hard thing
