Is CSGO easy to run?

Yes, You should be able to run it with your settings but you will experience quite a big of lag, Just run the game on lower settings.

You'll most likely be able to run it. With those specs I recommend you upgrade as soon as possible. I used to play on a pretty shite laptop and I got to SMFC.
