its easy as using inspect element on your browser on google. its super easy to learn and manipulate.

I think its quit difficult if you start with it but from time to time it is getting easier

CSS is not hard usually, but sometimes it just refuses to play nice and does weird things.

I think it's the perfect example of "easy to learn, hard to master".

It isn't that difficult to setup a basic website with plain css (without using a frontend framework like bootstrap). But when making dynamic elements, things can get difficult really quickly.

CSS can be difficult, as it can become a monolith quickly, but if you manage it well, and keep things organized, it's not the worst.
