In my country, legality, or lack thereof is based primarily on your socio-economic standings. So yes for some and no for others.

I have been fortunate to indulge from time to time.

Weed is barely legal they need to fix these laws

I live in Mongolia, it's illegal here

In the US it depends on the state, most sates are illegal where some are legal. I wish it was legal in my state but sadly it isn't!
