I guess you would have to define "kid game". Do kids play it? Sure. Do adults play it? Sure.

No it is not a kid game the jumpscares they added in the recent update is not for kid or adults. it is too scary!

Im sad for the people above age 15 that are playing that shit.

Fortnite is for children? Yes possibly, visually try to be the most pleasant for these.
But still the mechanics of the game are a bit more complicated than traditional games, this in itself helps to improve several motor aspects, and also the reaction to various situations, I do think that fortnite is visually for children, but the mechanics of this are complicated and anyone who improve certain mechanical aspects and reactions should play it.
