#1 Hey Guys I am Asking If Gaming Is Good? Because I Recently Bought Insurgency on Steam.. So Should i play it more then an hour? also what will be the time to play so it should not affect health ? Thank You

i havent started playing yet. because i dont get much time to play games.. only a little amount of time for example 1-2 hours a day. so i wanted to dedicate one hour to gaming so i just asked if it was good or should i change something
