Is Gaming a Waste of Time?

Depends how you look at it on one hand if you use all your time for actual gain and benefit then yes it is however if you need a way to possibly hone hand eye coordination, relax a bit, or simply give your mind some stimulation then no it is in fact a great use of time

It puts me off things like stress, anxiety and depression, and I think anything that keeps my mind off of those things is a bonus and therefore not a waste of time as it makes me a happier person over-all. Obviously won't be the same for everyone but that's just me.

That depends on what you're looking to get out of them. If you're wanting to be the best and you have potential, no. If you're wanting to stream and build a fanbase, yes. Unless you're willing to suck up, kill your conscious and start e-begging.

I personally only play MMO's or single players games as I don't have to deal with other people and grind solo

well i got to know english from the games and new stuff like how to cock meth and how to make friends and stuff

I like it because i don't really do much other than gaming or watching yt. If i'm not gaming i would just be wasting my time on other things

playing a game is awsome you cool your brain or beter your train your brain.

Not a waste of time if you can control it... i learned the worst way... now i just play when i want to give my brain a time off

It's just a hobby. If you think gaming is making your life difficult I suggest to find another leisure activities

Depends on your priories in life, Like anything. You need balance.
