Even though the game is old, it brings back a lot of memories, for me at least. but I don't think it will die out yet. I recently got back into the game because of nostalgia.
I think servers will continue to stay up for long time and that the player count might reduce slowly.

I don't think. Yes, online is falling, but not by much, players are also attracted to RP servers and sandbox

The game is not dead, the game is still getting updated every year, the games graphics are outdated yes, but thats because its a 2004 engine lol.
