Is Gmod dying

Really don't think garry's mod is dying anytime soon.

It's userbase has certainly shrunk in recent years. But I don't think it's possible for it to "die" per se. All the servers are private, self-hosted. There is no kill switch that a corporate can flick to kill it.

Well, it's dead if you think it's dead. I personally think it isn't dead as people say games with 2k+ players aren't dead

sad but true

gmod is a hard game to kill just like minecraft. It has a strong community and is very well bound to be here for a looooong time.

Maan I have one thousand hours on gmod and I still having fun playing with it on servers

I don't think so, maybe Fortnite did take a large number of players from different games!

I have been playing GMOD since 2012. I can without a doubt promise you it is dying. The remaining servers are still the popular ones fgrom way back when I use to play I.E Superior Servers etc. There use to be more servers than players;not anymore. The game is slowly dying but I feel it will be remade in the form of S&box (Gmod in unity engine with a different language and more functionality). It has been in development for years and I can only predict for one or two more before it is released.
That is my take on it!

Garrys Mod is alive! Full servers, still appearing sew servers. I think it will be alive for a long time.

Defo dying, but more gamemodes are evolving. its because youtubers etc arent playing it anymore
