Is 'Insurgency: Sandstorm' worth buying?

Is the new Insurgency worth my money? How does it compare to other games in the genre such as its predecessor and Squad?

I did not play the other two you mentioned but I was not impressed with #2 at all. The 1st one was way better for me. The only thing #2 has it going is that it was made in UE4 (I believe). Many people (including me) complained about performance issues of the game. However, it does have good reviews on Steam and they did announced the June 26th hotfix that would address the server-side lag spikes. I have not tested this new update since I do not have the game. I played it when it was free on Steam over the weekend.

after its most recent updates its performance is much better and the point system has been reworked A LOT! its a great coop tactical shooter, The biggest problem is when the AI rounds a corner and mosin snipes you.

Dont buy this game.I buy it but I dont like this game.

The first one is actually better and a lot cheaper
