Try it out play with your friends and if you like it then stick with it.. If its not your thing then uninstall and move on.. Nothing to loose.

Depends on your criteria and how you define worth playing. As a free game, the fun to price factor is technically infinite and therefore worth at least trying if you are into the MOBA genre or looking for a new online game to try.

I suspect what you really mean is stuff like: How rewarding are the mechanics? Is it easy to learn and get skilled at?

League isn't what it used to be. Honestly the community is incredibly toxic and playing ranked games might be damaging to your mental health if you ask me.
