I think it should be mid/adc since those lanes have the most exciting champs, in my opinion
I don't think EUW is all that bad, you get the occasional bumhole but they usually have a reason for flames.

Maybe yes and maybe no. Sometimes players will be toxic if they can man-up with their errors or sometimes they argue with the most obvious things. If you find yourself in that situation, all you can do is to mute all of them so you can concentrate on your gameplay.

Honestly yes whether it is normal or ranked the community is toxic

Extremely toxic btw, une is the worse, tip, the moment they start spamming pings or flaming, mute them all.
