Is Minecraft dying or thriving?

A lot of people I've spoken to say that Minecraft is dying, do you believe this to be true? I'm interested to hear everyone's thoughts on this.
Personally I think some people are just not as into it as they were before, so thus they believe that this is true for everyone, which is not the case.

heck no, minecraft is #1, and always will be numero uno. jokes aside.
Minecraft still manages to have a stable and high player count.
I personally still enjoy the game as it is; but It's always on and off.
I believe it's relatively enjoyable.

Tons of people still play, but it's definitely becoming outdated. It'll last a few more years man.

Its a generation thing really but i still see it very popular with younger kids and its still a deal on youtube so kids keep getting interested into it. it's going to last a very long time

i really like minecraft but it's sadly dying , but for me it will stay #1 for me , the number of the players will decrease but it wion't die like boom beach , cross fire , etc , but i think that it's just couple of years and it will be just a game that you play to remember the good days when you was playing it , it will be like AOE2 ,red alert , IGI , mario , etc

IM 100 percent sure that minecraft is dying although i loved to play it back in the day

Minecraft probs wont die any time soon every single kid being born will play minecraft

A lot of people have quit playing or the content creators have decided to quit producing content or the people have quit watching it.

I think minecraft is dying. It's just... minecraft is not anymore what it used to be.
