Been going throught "rought times" since about 8:00 EST PM through today.

Mainly, the only time steam is down is on a Tuesday at 4pm. Because that's when they do planned stuff.

Today is available new operation in CS:GO - "BLOODHOUND" I think many users bought and play - that STEAM was offline

Sometimes try changing the settings to a diff steam servers, as certain areas/regions do go down at random. It'll be in your preferences.

It was down for everyone, working now, if a staff could close this thread that'd be fantastico. Aoki
