Question, Ethereum has no hard supply cap like BTC right? So shouldn't the value of Ethereum diminish thus not working as an investment?

Ethereum is still a very good investment.
I'd recommend that you buy a ledger to store your cryptos on for extra security.
But yes, Ethereum is projected to continue rising in value for the foreseeable future.
Another good crypto to invest in would be Cardano.
