Is herobrine real?

He is not real, he was a steve skin glitch in the older versions of minecraft which got so popular as the misterious creature Herobrine, it was never intentionally put into the game and it was never a mob and it never had an AI, its just a skin bug and due to its popularity Mojang started joking about it by putting "Removed Herobrine" in the end of their old patch notes

Herobrine definitely is not real. It's more of a creepypasta than anything.

he was actually removed in multiple updates, although i dont even know if he was real in the first place

I believe in the very earl versions of Minecraft it was technically real.

Mojang will never tell us I suppose. It's on par with big foot.
