Is it easy to mod MC?

Depends what you mean by modding minecraft. Installing mods is pretty easy, just follow the instructions that the mod developer gave. Making mods will be challenging if you never touched a programming language before. It can be a pain for good programmers as well as mojangs code is absolutely horrible so it gives you a bad base to work on.

It's quite easy, and there are mod managers like (I think) Twitch to make it easy for you

Its pretty easy, if you have knowledge of Java, if you want to develop one atleast

If you like modding then do it. My favorite mod is the beta terrain mod.

If you learn Java and learn about MCP you will find it easy to make mods just like how it's easy to make plugins for Bukkit or Spigot servers.

EDIT: I read your post wrong adding mods to Minecraftis easy. You just need to download forge and find mods for your Minecraftversion.

I think Minecraft is the easiest game I have ever had to Mod...
Just watch a 10min YouTube Channel and You'll be on your way...

Its quiet easy! You can find some tutorials on youtube, but you need some basic java competences!
