Hi, u can start it in local host too. or with public Using Hamachi or DNS. if u want to pay u can rent a vps and setting from there. but u need to know linux

Very easy. Once you learn how to port forward once, making servers on other games will be very easy to. Just watch a few tutorials on that and make sure your computer can handle it.

it's not that hard but you need to buy a host + domain + webhost if you wan't to make good server you need spend money on host and shitt

It might take a bit of money depending on the host, but it's pretty simple to setup. The hardest parts for me are the building and setting up each little thing (likely because I have little patience.)

It depends on which server do you want to start. A server where you can play with your friend ? Very simple.
But you can create communities, shops etc. and it is very more complex, to create and to make it alive.
