Is it possible to hack somebody's snapchat account?

There are many ways to do that.
Although, Snapchat is safe to use, you can always access its data.
For example, for any reason you are able to access someone's cellphone, you put a keylogger on it and any other spyware to get the photos, media, etc...
Snap itself is safe, but if you can get into the cellphone you can track and log all the user's inputs, data into a server.

Broadly speaking from what the general public considers "Hacking" while technically true it's unlikely you wont be caught doing it. Social engineering is probably the best way to target a specific account but that requires some recon like any hack.

What most people would consider hacking, yes, it is possible. As stated by others, social engineering is the most likely way. Always keep 2FA turned on. It's not bulletproof but it helps a lot more than you'd think.

If someone knew a way other than phishing or SE they most likely would not share it publicly but SE is your best bet

Well yes,
Technically you can hack a Snapchat account.
There are many ways you could.
But the most easy way I think would be using a RAT or Remote Access Tool.
A RAT as you may know can be installed by the user with a little social engineering to get the victim to download the file and give you full access with reverse TCP.
However most IPhones are immune to this due to the OS not allowing suspicious files onto the phone.
As you know android devices use APKs to install apps,
So you could just pack a RAT into an APK and wait for them to open it.

Everyone has forgotten the most effective way at hacking. It's called leaked databases. Findind old passwords someone has used and the "CHANCE" that they're using it for their current account.
