you actually can , i thought that league was dying but I changed my mind after seeing how much people are getting into it , it got some years left for the game , i don't think it's dying soon

Its not too late but if you want to start LOL you have to give atleast 6+ hours in the game for one day

Well there is not word late on this game everyone of us can play this game, Just try to focus on improving your skills, you know theres no late in terms of games.
