Is it true that crypto fuck up you GPU?

Im scared of starting ou to mine it bc I dont want my GPU to ruin

Let's be honest, as long as the card has appropriate cooling it won't cook itself and die, although it might not be exactly profitable

Crypto will "fuck up" your GPU if you let it overheat. CPUs and GPUs are very durable and will last a long time so long as they don't hit their thermal limits. Ensure you have very good cooling on your card and CPU before mining, because overheating can cause the GPU to burn out quickly. Keep an eye on your temps and set warnings to alert you if they get too high (typically, above 90 degrees Celsius, but you should check your manufacturer's website

It does provide wear and tear on your CPU or GPU. Most mining uses CPU primary and GPU secondary. Nvidia is actually better mining. I am not sure it's even worthwhile to mine a single computer now-a-days with the pay rate being so competitive. You should look into joining a crypto mining pool.

Mainly depends on your GPU. For example,mining with a GT710 or something of the sorts will definitely fuck up your GPU,if it doesn't blow up.
If you have a decent GPU such as a RTX 20 series or late 10 series (ie: 1080,1660),give it a go. It may not give you a ton of money,but it's somethin at least.
However,be aware that electricity exists. You will have to spend thousands of dollars before mining crypto is somewhat feasible (basically profiting).

how much could a regular PC mine in anygiven day/week i mean with out some sort of server set up is it even worth it?

if you mean does it degrade the performance of the gpu then no, but it might get heat damage or stress fractures if your running it at 100% for years
