Is it worth getting a Nintendo Switch?

I've been looking at getting one for a while, mostly since I've wanted to play AC:NH, but a lot of Switch emulators are improving themselves lately, and AC:NH can already be played on an emulator. Countering that, however, is the lack of multiplayer support.Is it still worth it to get a Switch? Why?

Depends on what you're planning on using it for such as if you're looking for something portable which plays Nintendo games then this will be perfect for you. Also if you're going to get a switch you might as well try and get a deal on one which has the detachable controllers since the Nintendo switch lite is a glorified Nintendo ds

If you are a gamer and going to play the game then yes. It is worthy and it is for any age group and even for young gamers. It is really good one! You wont regret buying it

It's worth getting a Switch because you can play Breath Of the Wild, enough said.

yes there is tis game called splatoon 2, its rlly fun and doesnt get old. i hear a new game is comming out on june (Splatoon 3)

If you're getting it as a main console, no. If you're getting it as an on-the-go console then yea absolutely. Also great if you or someone you know likes childish games and or multiplayer

I wanted to play Pokemon (can't remember which one precisely) and tried emulators.
Yeah, they did work, but the experience was HORRIBLE.

So I went on and bought a Nintendo Switch. Played Pokemon on It, everything nice and cool.
I keep it in my drawer. Never used it since I finished Pokemon...

If you want to play alot with friends local i would say yes but online or singleplayer i would say its not worth it. The Switch just doesnt offer alot of good games
