I dont think their is much point it was a good investment to make a while back but now it has gone down and their is not much point as i dont believe that the currency will be worth nearly anying at the end of the year

Before the big drop in price, I mined a few bucks worth, and managed to double my my profits. Worked nicely, but that was when the price of the coin was 15k or whatever

It's very difficult to predict on bitcoin. Authorities want to see it dead. Criminals use it widely, Banks hate it. So it's up to you to decide based on a proper risk analysis.

It's not dead, you just need to be patient wait until the Bitcoin rise up again. It's not too late to buy bitcoin. Just HODL it until the halving in 2020.

I would say yes. But definitely not buying a rig for mining due to the electricity bills and hardware costs.
