Is it worth to buy prime or wait until level 21? (CS:GO)

My friend plays without prime and there are cheaters in every second match.
So here is the question:
Buy prime or grind it?

grind it, play on casual matches and you will get lvl21 in no time

I would suggest you to wait till you're level 21....

umm pay for prime holy shit is it worth it u almost never get in a game with cheaters and if they are there closeting not fuckng spinning

If youre level 1-2 then just buy it, id only go for it if youre a little close. non prime is just constant cheaters. prime has a lot of legit cheaters too but its not as bad.
