Not wrong if both are consensual. At 19 you are responsible for your actions.

I'd say absolutely, if youre the older one, you need to recognize that your age and life experience gives you an unfair advantage in this relationship. If youre the 19 year old you need to realize that youre probably being taken advantage of

Age and its relation to relationships is a social thing, in some places or to some people it may be OK and in other places it would be a big no-no. It would really depend on the environment of the two and if they're willing to accept the view of the society which opposes such an action. Personally, I think it really comes down to compatibility and of course the larger the age gap the less compatibility.

If the 19 year old were extremely mature and had no ambitions, maybe

technically, its not wrong. But it wont last. too much a difference in needs and age.
