Kata is really nice to play ima be honest, playing with her daggers is so much fun but mastering her with mechanics is hard

absolutelly no. everything in this game is relative on theam comps. until u reach at lead diamond league theres no op champ. just macros and meccanics u have to understand to beat the enemys

She is fine. Average champion. She is still A tier if you pick get into the right matchups Zed, Talon, Cass, Ryze, Fizz, Taliyah, LB, Azir these are the matchups where you can get solo kills w/o youre Jgl pressure or skirmishes

kata has much counters so its not the best champ imo

No way, Katharina has very difficult mechanics, you need a lot of hours to play her well. Plus there is a lot of champions that can counter her.
