Is sylas a valid champ?

Im trying out sylas a few times and every game there is a sylas in, the other game wins (lmao). I guess he is rly weak in lategame but strong af in early. What do you think?

I actually think his peak is mid-game and late-game, as early on he only has really good escape abilities and shit farming
