Is the BR genre dying?

Like all game fads, (minus the mainstream)in time in will parish. I give it another year before streamers are looking for something else.

I dont think the OG BRs like pubg and fortnite will die yet bet most new comers will fail imo

I mean look at Fortnite, it is still alive and prospering pretty well, but there has been signs of player count dropping.

I think it's most def going to die, once people scatter to different games, the interest will soon be lost.

BR is thriving right now especially with Fortnite becoming so mainstream. Member when everyone made fun of fortnite having childish graphics, yeah the same people play fortnite 10 hours a day, just because everyone else does

No, and I think that when fortnite will get out of early acces and the PVE'll be free and it is also summer the game will top it's record of 3.4million people but it will be it's last record it will fall around 1 million, of course but it'll take many years untill it dies
