Is the game dead?

because of cheaters and a lot of stupid updates it pisses me off

The game is ok... just try to have fun.. and a lot of tryharders are silver's... and if someone cheating it is easy to find it

Its pretty much still alive and popular. Although I don't play it as much, I still see it hitting up the graph. The game pass and esport is still going strong.

Player base increased even more because of coronavirus,im still playing it.

I actually tried Valorant for a good 3 months. Holy s**t almost everyone was toxic. Reason I uninstalled the game. I'm having a much better time with CS now

The other day I decided to start a new smurf account and realized that everyone else is also smurfing. It took almost 8 minute for me to find a normal game for my level 5 account.

The whole hype around CSGO doesn't make any sense to me, but I am excited to delve in, and see if I can just play the game without constantly comparing it to other games. I guess I am not much of a multiplayer kind of guy. Can someone here explain the fascination? Thanks.

Absolutely not, it's player base has increased due to being free and because of coronavirus. there's quite a big quantity of cheaters and tryhards, but is still enjoyable

Counter strike global offensive has more and more players every day, but I think that when valve continues to add nothing to the game, the number of players will drop dramatically.
