Is there a skill cap for jinx?

iv been one tricking jinx since i started playing, and i feel like i can always improve on her, mainly positioning wise. what are you guys thoughts on the subject, most would believe the skill cap is low, but i think its much higher than people realise

like how would you guys rate jinx and her skill cap. should i give up and move to another ADC?
