Is there a way to add combo mails a pass at once

Hi there.
If my question is not in the correct place /I'm placing it in Leaks /
So is there a way to add the all emails and passwords to some software or something like this and that's how to check which accounts are still working with the passwords from the file.
Because I can't check 200K or 500K accounts.
Sorry for my terrible English. I hope I was able to enplane what do I want to do.
