Idk why but for mePhpMyAdmin user unfriendly. Can you give me some tips how to work with it.

you can use a small php file that have main fonctionalite like phpmyadmin, https://www.adminer.org/

Not necessarily. It is one of the oldest graphical database manipulation tools, but it's still being updated.

for mysql tool use the Navicat Premium application.

Very easy.

Sorry, but I don't know upload, because i using one original from my workspace.

If I find a working version, i upload and modify this post.

you can use heidi sql or navicat, or just use terminal to run sql

PHPMyAdmin is just a manager for databases why not use MySQL Workbench if you want something more friendly?
