Recently a member had given his word to purchase a account off me. Claimed that he did not have the money yet, and was willing to pay 25 bucks in BTC instead of the original price 18 bucks. Asked me to hold the account, meaning all the sales topics (it was not only sold on NBB) had been closed as it was reserved for him. Now I've been waiting for over 4 days and got a PM response saying he no longer is interested in purchasing the account http://i.imgur.com/5Pk1oQ0.png Am i being left with my time wasted by this guy or will there be anything done about it, such as a warning or any kind of note added to the member's profile. I do not by any means expect member to be forced into paying the amount that he offered & made false claims about.
Well considering you took the offer on your own accord I don't think there's anything we can do about it. If it were an actually bidding thread and he won, but refused to pay, it would be another case.
That is just what conclusion I would come to by following the rules.
It might be a special case, though nothing I (and the other staff) can do about it as like I said, I and staff simply follow the rules. Your best bet would probably be to wait for an reply from Aoki or Sozin.
