Nope, definetly not dead 75% of the initial community still play it every day and the other 25% play it from time to time and the community is getting evan bigger and bigger since it's spreading to some states like india, serbia etc... where it wasn't popular in the beginning so no it's not dead

Having much more gamemodes and many new coming this game will not die i still play with friends every weekend

It isn't dead . Steam has a lot of games and maybe they are playing other games , but gmod isn't dead , you can see +10000 players in gmod servers.

I actually feel as if it has grown i play on EU servers mainly and I struggle to find an english server because the community has globalized so much. German, French, Russian. Polish, and even Lithuanian servers outnumber english servers at times. it is absolutely insane the numbers have increased across all gamemodes. There is no way the game is dying any time soon TTT is growing more and more DarkRP is a colossal gamemode with thousands of players constantly.
