Is this still playable? (Communitywise)

Streamers make it seem so fun and stuff, but I come from FPS games like CSGO or COD, so I don't have experience on MOBA's and I wondered if this can be still playable for new players who plan on joining the community while it lasts

i think it is playable but usualy it helps if you have friends who could teach you the basics of the game

Yeah, I feel like streamers are the only one having fun. Was watching bunyfufu the other day he starts telling how he loves the game, etc.. the only thing i could have thinked was times when I raged on it. Dunno tho
