Like what some people mention on here, it really is up to the boundaries of each couple. However, porn can have a HUGE detrimental effect on the relationship if one develops/has an addiction. Physical and mental barriers, like erectile dysfunction or inability to be in the present moment with the partner are some examples.

Yes. Psychologically speaking, yes. The way the brain sees television/movies/clips, it perceives it as if the people or persons are actually in front of us. But that's my opinion, if you're in a relationship then boundaries need to be kept and respected. So it needs to be discussed with partner.
