It's possible to install/setup/use a modmenu for black ops2 on a NON-jailbroken ps3?

It isn't possible. The only way be to jailbreak your PS3 or, get infected with a CFG menu (Not sure if they work on BO2)

Pretty sure it isn't possible anyway. Not sure why you're trying to mod now, I still have my jailbroken PS3 and it's boring.

Yup, bad thing is it's bind mods for campaign and only works offline.
